Italian Pink is a prominent garlic cultivar primarily grown in Western Australia and Queensland.
We plant each April and generally harvest in Spring time. Its best to join our mailing list below so you never miss out and will be notified first when our locally grown garlic is in season
Flavour Profile
Italian Pink offers a very good flavour, starting moderately to hot when raw, and developing a rich, sweet, and spicy taste. The flavour improves if the bulbs are kept for a few weeks after curing, we like to dry our garlic for up to 4 weeks before its ready for market.
This improves taste and also extends the storage life of our WA grown garlic to between 8-10 months.
